Great job. Top Down arrived with 2 employee's. They pressure washed the pool area, lanai, 2 entry pads with steps and the trash can paver area. They then swept sand into the joints and throughly cleaned the excess sand off all areas before applying two coats of sealer. Looks outstanding.

Extremely pleased with the excellent work performed by Top Down Exterior Cleaning. Seth was very professional and his customer service was outstanding. He pressure washed our home and driveway and it looks great. We also had Seth clean, paint and seal our pool deck. Our pool deck now looks better than new and it dates back from the 1980's. The pool deck and coping truly look beautiful and the colors came out so nice. I absolutely love it! We have had only positive comments from our friends and family. Seth even moved all the furniture and cleaned up everything after he was done. All of this at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Top Down Exterior Cleaning.
