Colie deserves a master class of his own when it comes to customer service. Not only does he deliver exceptional work at a fair and honest price, but he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of.

There were several occasions when I asked for help beyond what was expected, and every single time, Colie stepped up and exceeded my expectations. His dedication, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart.

A 5-star review doesn’t even fully capture the level of service he provides. In a time when outstanding customer service can feel like a lost art, Colie has mastered it. He didn’t just meet expectations—he completely raised the bar.

Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job at pressure washing our pool deck area. The process was very smooth and easy to book. Everything looks great.

This is the second time we use them and even added moreservices. Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Top Down Exterior Cleaning demonstrated true professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail, along with a genuine commitment to excellence. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. That level of integrity and care is rare and deeply appreciated. The results are beautiful, and I’m truly grateful for their dedication. Highly recommend.

They did an awesome job on our home, patio pavers, pool screen and sidewalk. Everything looks like new😊Everyone was on time, professional and friendly. I highly recommend their services for power washing home, pool enclosure and sealing of pavers around pools. Thank you so much for a great job.
